Terms & Conditions
- I agree to this change of course. I understand that if I take a holiday KCBT may not be able to extend my graduation date. I understand this change of enrolment may result in a change to my college fees and will pay for any extra fees due as a result.
- I have met or expect to meet all prerequisites for the units in which I am requesting enrolment. I understand that if I don't meet prerequisites for a specific unit, my enrolment in that unit may be discontinued, which may impact my course progression and/or graduation.
- I am aware that if I am a holder of a Student Visa, I must be enrolled as a full-time student.
- I acknowledge that I have read and understand the policies, rules, procedures and terms set out on the KCBT website / student handbook and supplementary sheet and I agree to be bound and abide by these as amended from time to time.
- I acknowledge that any expenses or costs incurred by KCBT in recovering any monies owing by me shall be my responsibility, including debt collection agency fees, solicitors costs on the amount outstanding as well as all other reasonable costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding monies.
- I declare that the information I have given on this application is correct, and hereby apply for the above changes to be made to my Unit/Course Enrolment.
- I agree to make the payments as per my original letter of offer.
- All terms and conditions (includes College refund policy) for course variation applies as per your original enrolment.
- Course variation to the CoE will incur a penalty of $100 per change, except cases related to immigration delays - support documents will need to be provided.
